March 2026: Oxygen Times has announced the launch of a two-hour delivery service for oxygen concentrators and CPAP devices, aimed at improving access to essential respiratory care equipment across India. The service is currently available in 18 major cities, enabling customers to place orders online and receive devices at their doorstep within a short timeframe.
The fast-delivery service covers key urban centers including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi, Coimbatore, Indore, Srinagar, Bhubaneswar, Patna, and Surat. With this initiative, Oxygen Times seeks to enhance the availability of oxygen and sleep therapy devices for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Customers can choose from a range of oxygen concentrators offered by brands such as Philips Respironics, Oxymed, Inogen, and Oxysure. The platform also provides CPAP and sleep therapy devices from brands including ResMed, Oxymed, Philips Respironics, and BMC Medical.
To ensure a seamless customer experience, the service includes multiple convenience features. Users can opt for Pay on Delivery, while an open-box delivery option allows them to inspect the product upon arrival. Additionally, trained clinical specialists are available during delivery to assist with device setup and provide demonstrations on proper usage.
The two-hour delivery model is supported by a network of more than 50 warehouses and trained clinical teams across the serviceable cities. This infrastructure enables faster order processing while ensuring customers receive professional guidance when initiating oxygen or sleep therapy.
Commenting on the launch, Pranav Kaistha, Co-Founder and CEO of Oxygen Times, said, “With the rollout of our two-hour delivery service across 18 cities, we aim to simplify access to oxygen concentrators and CPAP devices. Beyond speed, we are focused on offering the right support at the time of delivery so customers can begin using their devices with confidence.”
For customers outside these cities, Oxygen Times continues to provide standard delivery services across India, typically within three days. The company also offers EMI options on oxygen concentrators and CPAP machines to make these essential devices more affordable.
With this latest initiative, Oxygen Times is strengthening its commitment to making respiratory care equipment more accessible and convenient for users nationwide.
