EcoSoul Home Becomes Soonicorn with $20M Funding for Sustainable Home Goods

NOIDA, INDIA – September 18, 2025 – EcoSoul Home Inc., one of the world’s fastest-growing sustainable home essentials brands, has successfully raised $20 million in a combination of equity and debt financing to fuel its global expansion strategy.

The Series B round was led by Accel and strategic investors Bajaj Financial Securities Limited, alongside StartupXseed Ventures, JSW Ventures, and CK Birla Group, with continued participation from Singh Capital Partners. Additional venture debt was secured from Alteria Capital and SIDBI, with Ambit Capital serving as the transaction advisor.

With this round, EcoSoul has now raised more than $50 million cumulatively, solidifying its position as a market leader in sustainable home essentials.

Scaling Manufacturing and Global Retail Presence

The fresh infusion of capital will be directed toward:

  • Expanding manufacturing capacity across EcoSoul’s three production facilities in India

  • Strengthening omni-channel retail presence in key international markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, GCC countries, and India

  • Investing in technology and innovation to diversify its sustainable product portfolio

A Market on the Rise

The global sustainable home products market is projected to reach $663.9 billion by 2034, growing at a CAGR of 5.5%. Despite this rapid growth, consumers have often faced a difficult tradeoff—choosing between affordability and environmental responsibility.

EcoSoul is bridging this gap. By pricing its high-quality sustainable alternatives within just 5–15% of conventional plastic products, the company has proven that sustainability can be mainstream and accessible.

Innovation Rooted in Renewable Materials

Founded in 2020 by Dr. Rahul Singh and Arvind Ganesan, EcoSoul has built an innovative portfolio of over 1,000 SKUs across:

  • Tableware

  • Kitchenware

  • Personal hygiene

  • Baby care

All products are manufactured from renewable and compostable materials including sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, areca palm leaves, birchwood, and corn starch.

Dr. Rahul Singh, Co-Founder and CEO of EcoSoul Home, said:

“This funding milestone represents a pivotal moment in our mission to become one of the world’s largest fully compostable home essentials brands. With the backing of marquee investors, we are well-positioned to accelerate our growth and make sustainability mainstream by bringing eco-friendly solutions to households and businesses across the globe.”

Future Expansion into Multibillion-Dollar Segments

With this funding, EcoSoul is also set to expand into new product categories including:

  • Chemical-free home cleaning solutions
