To enhance accessibility and engagement, the Directorate has introduced online ticket booking through the department’s official WhatsApp number, making the museums more accessible to history enthusiasts. Additionally, proposals for the upgradation of museums in Jabalpur, Damoh, Vidisha, Ramvan, Dhubela, Mysore, Dhar, and other locations have been submitted. The Directorate is committed to transforming these museums into world-class facilities, offering an enriching experience for all visitors.

Additionally, to boost footfall and create greater awareness, the Directorate has introduced policies permitting pre-wedding shoots, photography, and film shoots at forts and palaces across Madhya Pradesh.
