Initially focused on imported goods, he quickly adapted to changing times. The 2020 pandemic created a massive shift — Chinese products began losing traction due to geopolitical tensions and COVID-19 restrictions. Once again, Sagar pivoted — this time to homegrown Indian products, supporting local brands while building his online empire.

In parallel, he was determined to grow SellerCapsule into a powerhouse. But getting listed as an official Amazon SPN (Service Provider Network) partner was another mountain to climb. There were no easy ways to reach Amazon directly. Sagar spent nine months emailing, sharing his sample work, and hoping for a response. Finally, his efforts paid off when he got the opportunity to apply for the ATES (Amazon Trained E-commerce Specialist) program. With a score of 94%, he earned the badge and officially joined Amazon’s SPN network.
